Pollen Studio

This year we helped Bury Council create some content to launch their vision for Bury 2030; a series of events to engage with their staff, volunteers and members of the public to try and inspire them with new initiatives and thoughts on how the town can move forwards and become a happier, healthier and more inclusive place to live by the year 2030.

The project was filmed at high resolution because the main delivery was inside the training centre at GMFRS Bury that we helped to design and build - a custom projection screen with over 5000 pixels of horizontal resolution and an extreme widescreen format that immerses the audience.

We filmed interviews, drone footage and created bespoke animations for the piece which was released in the summer of 2023 with more initiatives and modules coming each year.

The soundtrack featured some local artists, bespoke music tracks and licensed stock footage that we mixed in 5.1 surround sound, along with an inspiring message from the leader of the Council and the council CEO.
